Shipping Costs
Eyebank charges a fixed shipping cost per order, regardless of item quantity and destination. We offer two shipping options (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping), both of which include a tracking number. The fixed shipping cost for each shipping method is:
Standard Shipping: $8.95 USD
Express Shipping: $32.95 USD

Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times
The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated on the product page. Although we endeavor to dispatch your order on or before the dispatch time indicated on the product page, we cannot offer any guarantee and this is only an estimate. Estimated dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Eyebank account.

Expected Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary, depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. The list below shows usual/average delivery times. Please note that these are just estimates and it can sometimes take more or less time for your order to be delivered.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping (Registered Mail):
Europe: 7-10 days
United States: 10-14 days
Canada: 14-18 days
Australia: 12-16 days
Other countries: 10-20 days

Express Shipping (DHL Express):
Europe: 2-3 business days
United States: 3-4 business days
Canada: 3-4 business days
Australia: 3-4 business days
Other countries: 3-6 business days

To get the total delivery time for your order
Some brands of prescription contact lenses are not available for immediate dispatch. Please refer to the “availability” section on the product page for more details. To get the total delivery time for your order, you should add the availability time on the product page to the delivery times above. The availability time on the product page applies to both standard shipping and express shipping orders. For example, if the availability time for a specific product is two weeks, it will take two weeks for the order to ship even if you select the express shipping method.

Import Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes
Some countries will charge import/sales taxes on the product when it arrives in the destination country and goes through customs. Eyebank does not have any control over these fees and it is your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required at the time of delivery.
